DCE Crewing is a new crewing agency in Constanța, Romania, made up of a young and ambitious team ready to provide qualified officers and crew to shipowners around the world.

Our company is founded by C / E Dinu Benedict, with an experience of over 30 years at sea, on various types of ships.
